I used this product as directed twice per week, after using the recommended body scrub, for 3 weeks, for my legs, and my skin is back to its normal healthy (non course and flaky) condition again. I stopped using the products after that, just to see if my skin would remain healthy. One week in, and so far, so good. Definitely recommend.

Use it on your goal area. Upper arms, backs of legs etc. Don’t waste it by using it all over your body. The system has also made a significant improvement in my cellulite. Don’t expect results right away. If you make the system and use it habitually you will see results. Mine took about 6 weeks.
