Microderm GEM

I really like this product. I’m 60 years old and my face has started to get more dry and flaky. I try to exfoliate my face with Philosophy exfoliating cleanser at least every 2 days but I’m still having issues with my skin not feeling as soft and supple as I would like. This machine has really helped. I use it and then follow up with my serums and moisturizer and my skin feels amazing. The machine truly takes your skin to a level where your skin care products can really be effective. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants their face feeling fresh and soft without breaking the bank.

This is an easy to use micro dermabrasion instrument that stimulates skin and collagen production, and will help penetration of serums, HLA, deep within the skin dermal layers. I use it almost every day and it ha provided significant improvement in skin appearance, facial lines, nasal lines.

I initially was very satisfied with this tool. However, after a few uses, the metal microdermabrasion ring fell off of the plastic. I tried to contact customer service and even buy a replacement tip. Unfortunately, this model DOES NOT HAVE REPLACEMENT parts!!! I actually purchased this version instead of the mini because I thought it was an upgrade. If I had known the mini had better product support, I wouldn’t have spent the extra money to get this one. All in all, pretty disappointed with the poor quality of the pieces. I would like to get the replacement tip sent to me or have my machine replaced if individual pieces don’t exist for some reason. Customer Service please contact me. I would like a replacement tip and there seems to be no way to get one on my own. I’ve tried several options to contact someone to no avail.

I'm very happy with the performance of this product when it works. I have purchased other brands and they don't do as great job as this one. The unfortunate thing is that I'm on my 3rd purchase because the motor inside keeps dying on me. The first time water got into the bottom hole where it suctions and it died, my second purchase was just about 3 weeks ago and when i went to use it one of my mornings the thing wouldn't even turn on but make a beep sound. This is truly a remarkable product and it has changed my facial health tremendously but I would encourage the engineers to do something about that. Because when this product works, its freaking amazing!!!!

This is an amazing little micro home kit. It is a great way to keep vibrant and bright skin without going to the salon. Very user friendly!

Probably the best microdermabrasion tool I’ve ever used. Leaves my skin soft without any irritation.

Hi, I didn’t receive a charger. How can I get one?

I used this item 5 times before it stopped working. The battery is no longer holding a charge. When I plug it into the charger, a red light comes on indicating it needs charging, however when it's done charging, it still doesn't turn on. update: I emailed the company and they are sending me a new device :) Hopefully I'll have better luck with that one.

I was a bit lost while searching a skin care at home product but loved this one. After 2nd use my skin is glowing. a bit Redness the next day but not effect your life at all. Didn't have any hickey or marks. I am very happy, will buy also for my sister
