I keep these on my ship n save schedule. I actually had been buying this brand from our local holistic store, I really trusted their expertise. Quality is essential when deciding on brands to purchase. I take this for relaxing to help me sleep. I can tell a big difference when I don’t use it.

I take this magnesium every night before bedtime. I never have restless legs and I fall asleep quickly. The dosage is good if you take 2 at a time. The price is very reasonable. They are kinda powdery on the outside of the individual capsules. It’s not a negative, just a observation. I highly recommend anything from Solaray.

If you take 600mg grams of Potassium Asporotate and 400mg of Magnesium Asporotate (Soloray brand only)... then you MAY be able to get off of high BP medicine. After taking this for only 3 months. I was able to get off of medication. Then I got out of the habit for taking it after about 6 months and my BP spiked back up a little, but not like it was.. I started taking it again.. and it worked AGAIN... I've continued to monitor my High BP...and it has remained in check now even if I am not consistent with taking it...but it is BETTER if I take it faithfully.. so I DO KNOW that this does work. IT is the only thing I found that works. This BRAND and this TYPE of magnesium and Potassium.. there are MANY types I've tried, but this type actually works. (don't be confused there is an aspArAtate and there is an aspOrOtate (for both magnesium and potassium) - get the one with the O's in the name.
