The mix of cardamom, papyrus, and palo santo smells like something you’d find in a high-end men’s boutique, not a grocery store aisle. It’s clean and masculine without being heavy or musky. The texture is smooth and concentrated, so you don’t need to use much. A little goes a long way and it creates a nice, creamy lather that actually leaves my skin feeling clean and hydrated — not stripped or sticky. After using it, the scent lingers just enough to make you smell great without clashing with cologne. My wife even commented that it “smells like vacation and confidence,” which I’ll take as a win. I picked this up for my husband, thinking it might be a fun change from his usual body wash, and wow, this one absolutely delivered. The first time he used it, the whole bathroom filled with that warm, woodsy scent of cardamom and palo santo. It’s sophisticated without being heavy - clean, a little spicy, and just really good. What I love most is that the fragrance actually lingers after his shower, but it’s never overpowering. When he walks by, there’s just this subtle, cozy scent that makes you want to lean in closer. It smells expensive! like a high-end cologne, not a body wash. He says it lathers easily, rinses clean, and leaves his skin feeling smooth, not dry. I’ve already added it to our auto-delivery because it’s officially become his signature scent now. If you’re looking for something fresh, masculine, and a little different from the usual citrus or musk scents — this one’s a winner.

The pro is definitely the scent; the deep woody Palo Santo notes smell very premium, and it doesn't leave my skin feeling overly tight. The con is that the cleansing power feels a bit strong for my liking, and you might want to avoid it if you're sensitive to added fragrances. Good enough for daily use.

I'm not especially familiar with palo santo, but my google-fu tells me it's a tree native to Ecuador and Peru. More importantly for this body wash, it is one of the most wonderfully subtle wood aromas I've come across. This body wash provides a very pleasant, understated, manly scent that lasts most of the workday. It leaves my skin feeling extremely clean without feeling overly oiled up or lotioned. I can even use it on my face when I want a break from my usual daily cleanser. I really appreciate that. This body lotion was well worth the money. In fact, I liked it so much I also went ahead and picked up some palo santo shaving cream, also by Cremo.

the scent is out of this world. I have the 2 in 1 shampoo/conditioner that I was using as shampoo and body wash! Now I use them both and I can smell the fragrance in my hair and on my skin even on the second day (especially in my hair). I LOVE it and so do the men that catch the fragrance in my hair... BTW... I am female and this is definitely NOT a highly masculine fragrance... If you are a fan of fragrances like LeLebo's Santal or Flumes Missing Person... this will be a perfect addition to your layering process. foams up beautifully and cleanses really well... I don't feel like I need to use soap afterward like with some body washes.

This product offers excellent value for its price, and the shower gel provides a pleasant, luxurious experience.

The best men's shower gel I have found. It is described as luxury and for me it definitely lives up to that moniker. A strong masculine fragrance that lasts far longer than any I have used previously. In fact it is so strong it may be too much for those wanting something more subtle! It may seem expensive but it lasts a long time as a little goes a long way. Regular Prime offers mean it can often be found for under £10 delivered. I recommend pairing with the equally excellent aftershave for a clean smell all day that will set you apart from the standard brands.
