How do you make the top work...cannot get to go up and down?

you have to turn the top part of the cap to the left

Is this product all natural?

Yes, the product is natural. I saw it on the Dr. Oz Show and decided to purchase. My only negative was that I grew tired of the fragrance because it lasts so long. Has a good feel and fragrance.

I can't use products with Cinnamal or Vanillan. Is either ingredient in this body wash?

I do not know I do like this wash though. Can you contact the manufacturer for ingredients?
