Very disappointed with the shipment of the product. When I opened my package, I noticed the bottle was not full. The product leaked while in transit. When I tried to return the product due to it not being satisfactory, it stated it was ineligible for return.

I bought this to try and grow my eyebrows out a little bit. After reading all of the reviews, I decided to go with this one, and I'm really happy that I did! I had previously bought a generic brand castor oil in the pharmacy to use on my brows and it was awful.. it was like adding syrup to my eyebrows.. it was messy and a total pain to try and get off in the morning. While I do think that it did help to grow in my brows a bit, I just hated how messy and syrupy it was. This one on the other hand is amazing!! While it is thicker as castor oil is, its nothing like the grocery store kind. I think the quality of this one is much higher, and not at all messy or awful like the other one. I have no issues in the morning with this one, and find the texture much more pleasant. I also liked that this Castor Oil is cold pressed, as that's supposed to make a difference with the overall quality. I hope it works!! I'll update when I know..

It's such a good deal for it's price! I'm so thankful for the price because I have chronic eczema and I can't afford all of these oils and ointments. This bulk castor oil is just what I needed. Usually my eczema isn't that bad but for a whole month my entire back, entire neck, my forearms, kneepits, lips, nipples, sides of face, jawline, right ear and pecs and booty have had a rash. My skin burns in the shower when it's too hot. My regular Scalpacin treatment which does the job couldn't do anything this month. I think it was getting too abrasive and I wanted something really natural, so I opted for Castor oil. So I started applying this immediately after every shower and before bed each night and sometimes little touch ups during the day on parts of skin that do not touch clothes. IT HELPED SO MUCH. So far my face, lips, booty, forearms, ear, kneepits and nipples are all cleared up. I'm just waiting on my back to clear. Before I started using the castor oil, my eczema would bleed on my back. Now, my back doesn't have any open wounds and the scars and bumps are starting to fade. I've also started using castor oil on my eye bags, I've seen an improvement there. And I've been using them on my eyelashes and eyebrows. Both of which have seen growth already and I've only been using it for a couple weeks. The only con is that this stuff is SUPER sticky...but that's castor oil for you. It's not the seller's fault or brand's fault. The stickiness is the price we gotta pay for thick, shiny hair and soft, glowing skin. But if it's too heavy for you, mixing it with coconut oil does wonders and makes it lighter and more breathable to wear. Also, putting this stuff straight into your hair could be a nightmare. I would recommend only very lightly putting it on the split ends. In addition, I wouldn't put the castor oil anywhere on your body where you have to throw clothes over it in less than half an hour. It will be very sticky and unpleasant. BOTTOM LINE: I love this brand because they seem to have the highest quality products for the lowest price ranges. I highly recommend this product. I've been using this castor oil so much and I've barely made a dent into it too. I've been using it for a couple weeks, multiple times a day, and I haven't even tapped an inch into it. So it seems like it's gonna last a while!
