We ordered this for our sons 10th birthday. He loves it. We are in a condo and he is able to practice his putting in our condo without making any noise and it rolls up for easy storage in a small condo. This product is perfect for all ages. Thank you very much .

This mat gives a smooth roll with medium pace, I'm using on a hard floor. It's fairly thin, not sure how it would work with a thick carpet underneath. The cup sticks on with velcro and stays in place. The cup is undersized at 4" (which is actually about 3 5/8" at the inner diameter of the plastic opening). If it goes in here, it was probably in on the course. Cup makes a satisfying click sound when you make it. The cup is removable so you can take it to the course if you want, and even has a hole to use a tee to hold it down on a practice green. The cup shape is slanted forward so it easy to drag the ball out with the putter which is convenient. The mat is wide enough to get various angles to practice actual alignment. Easy to roll up small and put away when not using. Simple and well designed, I like it. Made in China.

For a putting mat it is not sturdy enough to achieve a good feel of the roll of the ball.

A gift for my golfer who says it's good for practice. He wanted this simple version to use in garage. It came rolled up and unrolled with no problems.
