BEST DISHPAN EVER!!
I bought this to replace my old dishpan, which is just a run of the mill, regular plastic dishpan that sits in one side of my sink. I used it every day to wash dishes in....and I finally got tired of the ick that forms around the drain in that side of the sink because the dishpan sits there 24/7; except for the times when I’m done with the dishes & I prop it upside down in the sink to dry if I don’t actually take the time to wipe it dry with a dish towel. One of the things I love about my new dishpan is that it sets up a couple inches off the bottom of the sink which allows the water that drains from it to go down the drain & not lay there getting stagnant. And I LOVE that it has a drain!! Makes it so easy to just drain the water out, give it a quick rinse, and you’re done. Another thing I love is the material it’s made of; it has a really nice smooth finish that looks good when it dries. Not to mention that it’s extremely sturdy! In case you can’t tell, I am totally in love with my new dish pan!! I probably need to get out more....but that’s a topic for another day :) Buy this, you’ll be so glad you did!! You’ll want to just stay home & do dishes!! Oh wait....that’s me. Sigh....

Larger would be perfect
Overall, love this. I've been using it regularly for a year now. Despite a review I read when I bought it, it closes just as securely now as it did when I got it. Sometimes you have to twist it kinda hard to lock the drain into place, I could see that being a problem for someone without a lot of hand strength. That said, I wouldn't change the drain style for anything. It's perfect. I'm beyond sick of the cheap, thin plastic used in so many wash basins now. Most don't come with a drain, which was fine when they were made from decent materials, but now, if you try to lift one of those, they crack & fall apart. This is well made. Good quality plastic. The handles are brilliant, I never worry about lifting it, even full of water & dishes. The drain works perfectly. I love that I can either just open the drain, which saves anything small I might have missed when I drain the water. But, I can still take the drain out entirely which is helpful when I need to clean the thing. My only complaint at all is that I wish it were larger. I thought it looked kinda small when I bought it & it is. I can't fit most of my pots/pans in it very well. Granted, this is small & easily portable & will fit in even the smallest sink. But I would buy a second in a larger size without stopping to think about it.Taller, wider all around, I'd take either or both. While I doubt anyone from the manufacturer will read this, on the off chance, please make a larger version! Please. And thank you.

Great Quality
There is nothing flimsy about it! It’s very well made, strong, and sturdy. It’s quite the tank of a dishpan. The drain plug twists and locks in and I have never had an issue with leakage. I love that it has handles because sometimes I have to lift it out of the sink so I can have the room to drain pasta. It can fit a lot of small items to pots inside of it. Larger items such as cookie sheets do not fit. It is pricy, but I consider it a great buy since it is built to last.

Highly recommend to use as an everyday dish tub - especially when your porcelain one chips everything it comes in contact with
I purchased this tub as my current dish sink is ceramic, which gets very dirty and is awkwardly shaped. This tub is great to use everyday and would highly recommend. I have highlighted some of the things below:The size and shape are good, it fits my average sized dinner plates flat along the bottom, and my utensils fit diagonally. The dark color is great for the kitchen.Plug - its okay, no water leakage. It traps the bigger food particles but the smaller ones get through. Some food stuffs also get stuck between the plug and the hole where it sits in which is annoying, but easily cleanable. I don't have any problems with mold as the shape is concave which helps draining.Handles - very 'handy'. They are a decent size that even larger hands can hold on comfortably. They stick out a little, it would have been nice if they were flush wit the top of the tub to make it more visually appealing, but being slightly higher makes you feel as though you can fill the tub up more.Material - seems sturdy enough, I have had it for two years and its in almost perfect condition. Its very easy to clean. I have never washed it in a dishwasher, but i imagine you would be able to. Even the rubber in the plug is still perfect.

Sturdy w/ no leaks
Works great as a kitchen dishbin. At first I felt it wasn't tall enough but later realized the height is good, allows me to lay something on top of my double bin sink w/out the bin getting in the way. Gotta keep an eye on the screwed bottom drain part, it may start collecting mold over time. This is my second bin, very sturdy.
