This cream is amazing! I've been suffering for months and very sleep deprived. Anybody who suffers with this complaint you will know that evenings can be unbearable. For me, just before I was trying to sleep the itching was unbearable. I was getting up several times a night applying ice cubes. I use the cream at bed time . I sit on my pillow for ten minutes this seems to help the cream work it's magic, and then I get a full night sleep again. No itching in the night. Because I'm not itching it 'may' just heel itself, fingers crossed. Even if it doesn't to get a good night sleep again feels amazing
