National Trust The Book of Jam: 70 mouthwatering recipes for jams, marmalades and other preserves

A really wonderful little book for jam makers everywhere. I have so many similar books but this has recipes I've never tried before. Tropical jam (pineapple and mango),- my daughter and I can't wait to try it and customise it overtime with a good slug of rum, just to make it interesting. Just the thing for a rainy day, don't you think?

The book seems lovely and arrived quickly! Unfortunately it was meant to be a surprise gift, but the way it was packaged meant the recipient could not read who the delivery was intended for and opened it. However, the book itself is great.

Very good little book bought as a stocking filler recipient was delighteda variety of recipes using different fruit from the regular Strawberry/Raspberry Fruits

Lovely jam , marmalade etc recipes. Clear to follow. Bought as a gift.
