Excellent sieve
Good quality fine mesh and sturdy.

What I've been looking for
I make a lot of stocks, chicken, beef, veal etc. And I've got a course mesh china cap. That I use for straining the bones, vegs, etc. and then I do my reductions and then finally use the fine mesh strainer as the final strain. It works great. The only real hard part is cleaning, but that's not that big of a deal. I DO NOT put mine in the Dishwasher because I don't want to take the chance of something banging against it. So I hand wash it and then put it way on the wall hook. The shipping was fast, something like two days. And that was with regular shipping. I would recommend this in a second. I'm very happy with this strainer.

This is an god sent.. large enough to handle anything that needs your fine mesh... great,easy to rinse clean..I poured curd.and gravy, soup stock comes out so clean
