I have a cherished 15-year-old dog with joint problems. She always loved her food and eating until the last couple years when I had to start giving joint supplements because she wasn’t walking around well. A while back I started having to get creative to get her to eat, and many times that didn’t work either. The vet told me to heat the food, try a little baby food (bland, of course), broth mixed in, you name it, I tried it. My friend mentioned this food to me because it stimulates appetite and the reviews were good; I decided to give it a go because I was at the point I’d feed her by hand to get her to eat a few morsels and was bracing for the inevitable. I’d try anything. My little dog attacked her food like it was the last meal on earth. She ate it like that repeatedly. It encouraged her to be interested in her kibble again. I was able to get her to take her joint medicine daily without fail or complaint for the first time since I’d been giving it to her. My little dog who was barely moving was suddenly running around with energy, acting like she did when she was 3-5 years old. This food isn’t the fountain of youth but it’s pretty darn close! If you’ve got a picky eater like mine, please give this food a try if your puppy is 8 years or older. It’s worth it. They’re worth it.

Picky eater approved and no upset stomachs. This is the only thing he will eat in the morning. He usually has dry at night for multi reasons wet all the time is expensive for me and it helps orally scrape tartar but for AMs it's great.

My dogs favorite food. She has a ton of stomach issues and we’ve always struggled to find the right food that won’t upset her stomach and this is it. A bit pricy but it’s worth it.

Our 14 year old Shi-Poo was having a lot of skin issues and was walking stiff and seemed to be getting older faster . After feeding her Royal Canine for just three weeks - I'm blown away how this quality of food seems to have almost reverse aged our spunky Bella-girl. She's been more engaging with our other dogs again bossing around our 10 month old 105 lb Lab (she's 16 lbs) and going up and down our stairs with ease. I had read positive reviews about Royal Canine but did not expect such improvement in her health so quickly. Her skin issues are starting to resolve. her energy is increased. Her allergies also seem to have improved substantially but I don't know if we should attribute that to the food or change of seasons ... tbd The food is not light on the pocket but - it's worth it as far as we are concerned. The cost of the medicines we had to give her for her skin issues was more per month than a case of food ... and now we don't have to buy the medicine. To us it was a no brainer. would definitely recommend.
