Good product but didn’t end up using it.
We (wife) decided to go with the chrome version. we ordered the same one but chrome.

The nozzle leaks badly
The media could not be loaded. The handle leaks from the outlet, it looks great but nit working well.I brought the plumber twice for professional installation and then trying to fix it, he confirmed it is defected.What a waste of time and money to take it off and reinstall another one.

Leaking nozel/ bidet head
Bought fir the high quality description and colour, The nozel has started to leak despite switching off the mains within a week of installation in new bathroom. Very disappointed as waiting for plumber to come and see if can be fixed. Only bought this as needed brass colour, also bought two cheaper silver bidets which are working better than this. Not sure if i can request a replacement!?!

T-Piece not included
Beautiful brushed gold finish, excellent if you're going for a luxe finish in your toilet.Picture above shows the L-piece with the valve, a T-pice would be more handy instead for DIYWarning! This product does not come with a T-piece crucial for connecting the bidet hose to the main water supply and toilet water reservoir. I have to buy a separate piece to install this beautiful bidet properly.If you're one of the lucky ones who have a separate water supply outlet, then you won't have any problems with the installation...and oh, I almost forgot to mention that this DOES NOT include any instructions with the installation so if you're planning on doing this as a DIY project, equip yourself with research and tutorial vids , otherwise, the overall quality is good and the finish is beautifully made

Looks good but leaks
Looks nice and high quality but the head has started to leak after only a few months (accidentally flooded my bathroom a few times now)
