I've been using this for a few months now. 1 - it does work, though it seems to miss some of the thicker hair and I have to use the tweezers, no big deal. 2 - I would say it is painful at times, but it the level of pain I expected from pulling out a bunch of hair at once. There was no blood, and I didn't need to scream or cry like some people are claiming. 3 - It takes some practice. Don't expect to figure this out within the first 10 seconds. I'm still learning the right bends and twists for each area. 4 - I would totally get it again. It saves a lot of time compared to plucking, and I do feel like the hair is staying away longer after each use. ALSO, no hair has come back thicker or darker.

I bought this mainly for the spring tweezer and for being so cheap ($2.99 at purchase) it worked well. Definitely not the best, but if you are like me and just want to try the spring for the first time, this is definitely a good beginners tool.

This set is GREAT. It sounds weird to say that, and I honestly didn't have high hopes-but I am extremely impressed!I have NEVER been able to pluck my eyebrows because of the pain (I wax), and for some reason-the tweezers in this pack do NOT HURT one bit! I did my eyebrows all the way, both of them, without a problem!The spring tool is different and takes getting used to-I found out a little too late that the trick is to do it in short quick strokes, rather than long, face-covering ones. It works GREAT, just takes some time to get used to the pain.The razor is just that...a straight edge razor. I wish it was smaller, because really it is too large to use for eyebrows and it is too rough to use on any other area of the face. But, it does work, and considering the other tools work so well-I don't even need the razor now!

The main reason for this purchase was the spring hair remover, I personally do not like to use tweezers on my upper/side lip (although this package comes with tweezers). I decided to give it a try ignoring some negative reviews. The spring hair removal tool does NOT work, I'm dissapointment as this was the MAIN reason of purchasing.I gave the 1 star due to the tweezers being the only thing that is made well.I used the face shaver for the top and inbetween my eyebrows and can already tell after 1 use that it will not made it past a second use due to the blade being dull.I will not be purchasing this again nor do I reccomend, if you're looking to remove facial hair with the spring/shaver that is provided in this package.You get what you pay for I suppose.

Everything in this little kit worked great except for the metal coil epilator; that didn't work at all. A bit of a disappointment in that regard. That being said, the tweezers work really well, as do the other components of the kit. Would not repurchase though.

Package was open when I opened my Amazon box and the contents were all rattling around the box with everything else I bought; if I wanted not-new, open tools I use on my face I could've spent my money on those. However, I choose to purchase this set and was under the impression it was new and unopened. I have to spend time disinfecting them and getting cardboard/packaging microfibers out of the tools now so it doesn't end up in my pores instead of just swiping it with a Lysol wipe and being on my way to fast, easy hair removal; which is annoying and not convenient and costs me more time grooming (which essentially annoys me anyway but I don't like to resemble a Sasquatch so I spend the time and money on this crap begrudgingly anyways), so at least send me new, in-the-package tools because that's what I paid for. Tweezers are ok quality, could have bought at Walmart for a couple of bucks but you can't really own too many pairs of tweezers. Eyebrow shaper is alright, I will stick to my usual brand in the future and could have bought a pack of 3 of my preferred brand for a couple bucks, they were just on sale at Sally's BOGO. The threading tool is kind of nifty. I'm still learning how to use it properly so I'm going to chalk the hair patches on the test spot on my arm as user error. All in all I feel "meh" about this purchase and probably will not buy it again. I feel indifferent about recommending to my girlfriends and if they ask about the threading tool, I'd probably tell them about how it was sent open and just go to a local Sally's.

A normal upper lip wax costs me $8 a week, this product cost me $7 once. Best purchase I've made yet. It took me a couple of tries to get the technique down but I watched several videos and the results are unbeatable. Sure it hurts somewhat, but so does any other grooming technique. Compared to waxing, threading, and plucking, it works better in my opinion and for the price as well as the results, it's WORTH it. It got even the tiniest hairs I couldn't see but felt when they got pulled out, and the tweezers plus an eyebrow razor? I put all three to use 10 minutes ago and I am EXTREMELY pleased. I won't be going to a salon anymore and I already know it's gonna save me alotta money. Best investment I've made yet! No I wasn't paid for this review and yes I am a very, very happy customer!

I am giving this set 5 stars in spite of the fact that it contains an implement of torture. Maybe I'm just not enough of a masochist to appreciate the utility of this coiled depilator but I'd really like to know who the hell thought it was a good idea to create something that can grasp (read: tangle) several dozen hairs at once and then leverage the force of gravity to yank them (only halfway) out as you flail around the bathroom trying to figure out how to get it OFF YOUR FACE without your neighbor assuming you're being murdered and calling 911. The kicker is, I didn't even want/need to use it, I'd just never seen one before and thought I'd see how it worked. BIG MISTAKE!Anyhow, the tweezers are actually really great, they work just as well as a $20 pair I have (I'm very impressed!) and the eyebrow razor is good too. As for the slinky of doom, I advise you to give it a pass unless you've got either a high pain tolerance or a rolled up towel to bite when you remove it.
