The guys who delivered were in a hurry of course, but we're careful, and polite. They helped get the heavy box on the porch so we could deal with it when ready.Setup was super easy; fold out, screw on the legs, plug in the power cord, attach the end bracket.In testing it, before mattress and people were on it, the head piece worked smoothly, but the foot piece made some nasty sounds as it looked like the top material pulled away from being stuck on the frame. After that, it was fine.The remote is simple, and has easy to remember buttons so I can use it in the dark, or if I misplace my glasses.I've used it almost a week so far. Other than terrifying the cats a little, it's been great! The motor is fairly quiet and the motion of the bed is smooth and feels sturdy, considering I'm a fat kid. There's decent clearance underneath for storage, just be mindful of the wiring.I've got chronic back pain and spent a lot of coin on a good mattress as well, but so far I've spent more time sleeping in bed than on the couch, so that's new and hopeful.Very happy this far.

Muy buena calidad, nada complicado de armar, pero sí un poco de flojera, tiene piezas de más que no entendí para que situaciones podrían servir, un excelente manual y quedan perfecto con la base lucid y la cabecera de la misma marca.

I purchased the LUCID L100 Adjustable Bed Base Steel Frame in March 2019. It was very easy to assemble had worked flawlessly… until recently. In November 2021 I was no longer able to use the remote control to raise and lower the foot of the bed. It had just stopped working. However, raising and lowering the head of the bed continued to work normally.I contacted Lucid support by email and explained my problem. I asked if I could purchase a replacement motor for the foot of the bed. They responded right away asking that I send them pictures and video demonstrating the problem. I did as they asked and they diagnosed the problem as being a failed bed motor at the foot of the bed – which they quickly sent to me at no charge.Unfortunately, after replacing the motor, the problem persisted. I again contacted Lucid support and they said that with the foot-of-the-bed motor ruled out, the problem must be the head-of-the-bed motor assembly (which has a built-in wiring harness to which the foot-of-the-bed motor connects). And again, they quickly sent the replacement to me at no charge – and that fixed the problem.In an age when good customer service has largely disappeared, my experience with Lucid was as unexpected as it was tremendous.I highly recommend this product and this company.

Bought this for my mom who’s 4”8 in height due to her change in health condition and she has been using it for a couple months now and it has delivered really well . Affordable and definitely worth the price . Bought a full mattress with a 6 inch height which i think is the perfect size , as my mom did not have to struggle to get onto the bed and able to get put of bed with no issues
