Good to add into your yogurt makes it thicker and more filling. Helps keep your bowel movements regular. Great for baking with, adds bulk without any calories. Absolutely love how many uses you can get out off this. Really good price as a little goes a long way.

Good quality and works really well to add more fibre to dishes. Absorbs well. I use it with eggs and it makes a nice fluffy omelette or pancake without needing to use flour.

I’m so pleased I found this. I’ve been following a ketogenic lifestyle for a few years now and the one thing I really miss is pasta. I was sceptical about how the pasta would turn out but I was blown away with the results. I made lasagna and my husband (who isn’t on Keto) said he would never have known it wasn’t pasta if I hadn’t told him. He loved it. Last night I made my first batch of fettuccine to have with bolognese and it was amazing! This oat fibre will definitely be a staple in my Keto ingredients from now on. Initially I thought the fluffy, cotton like texture would be really weird but it mixes in perfectly and the results were amazing. Would highly recommend.

Not at all what I'd expected, but it works! Very fluffy texture, but easy enough to measure out.

To light and fluffy, my bread recipe was a disaster. I've since found the original Oat fibre I had previously.

Just bought a bread maker machine to make keto bread for my low carb diet and needed this product. I made a successful loaf and some rolls with this as one ingredient and it worked out well. Happy with the product and it was delivered quickly in good condition.
