Q: Will this work on a 66 mustang?

I replied earlier that this wheel came on my 66 and works fine. I retract that, I'm not sure if I have this exact model.

Q: What is the ACTUAL diameter of this wheel (the description says 16-16.5"); but one customer complained that it was only 13.5". Which is true?

There seems to be two steering wheels with the grant steering wheel number 963 the one for the classic mustangs is suposed to be 16-16.5 mine came through at 13.5 the grant steering wheel that is licensed by GM must be for GM cars says its 13.5 so I'm not sure I have the right steering wheel and I also want the 16 inch wheel for my car
