No fishy taste at all
I have been taking this product for a few months and I feel that it is helping improve my health. The Gems do not have a fishy taste. My wife even takes them everyday saying they don’t taste fishy. That was our biggest concern was the taste. Definitely recommend this product

Easy to Swallow; Seems Effective
Even fresh cod liver oil is not easy to take. These capsules eliminate the tastebuds in the process. I did crunch one and the oil was good; not old and rancid. I quickly noticed an improvement in my skin, in comparison to the olive oil I was taking while aiming for the same goal. I also needed an easy way to get more Omega-3 fatty acids in my diet. I take these capsules for that.
