This is the purest arabinogalactan available on Amazon and it's made in USA. It's reasonable priced compared to other Amazon arabinogalactan options. It comes as a fine powder with a moderate semi-sweet non-offensive odor. I've never added it to water, only oatmeal and/or carrot juice. I started taking it because I was stuck on a low FODMAP diet. I don't know if arabinogalactan helps my microbiome but it certainly hasn't upset my gut, so I continue to use it. I would prefer it didn't come in a black plastic container.

If you mix acacia, plus psillium husk, plus flax seeds + water, let it sit for 30 min and consume morning and before bed you can heal intestinal tract in 1 month!

It is the best source of added fiber/pre-biotic I have found. It works well for me. I dissolve it in my morning hot cereal each day.

Have tried other brands that tasted horrible and left me with a severely upset stomach. First, this is a hundred percent tasteless and odorless. Second, it literally feels good in my stomach the minute I drink it. most importantly, have not had one symptom from colitis since starting this! (Very fine powder form, mix in water and water goes from cloudy to clear & you drink it right away.)Started with a quarter recommended dose and worked up from there!

I lived bloated, over eating, with a lot of cravings, not having regular BM’s and not feeling satisfied after meals. I can only speak for myself that since I began using this product consistently those things have dissipated. If I go an extended period of time (usually 1+ week). I being feeling sluggish and irritable. The only reasons I’ve had so go without is an interruption of Amazon not having it in stock. I love this product and the liquid zinc by this company as well. My health journey is fairly new but I’ve tried many things and this works! Hoped it will for you too!

Wonderful product that works naturally and safely and most of all quickly!

I do have some moderately severe gut issues and was hoping this would help. I've been using it for several months with no real discernable improvement. Maybe it's good for folks with healthy guts.
