I found this book and its suggestions and exercises to be a tremendous help in implementing positive changes in my life. It provides help for all ages and walks of life! A must read for anyone you love.

I bought the audio book on my books app for iPhone. I loved listening to this audio it was very uplifting and helpful. I feel like sometimes we get caught up on the negative side of things and this book help me to open my eyes and see things from a different perspective in a more positive way. I recommend it for sure !

This was a gift to my daughter. My daughter is always doing for everybody else and do nothing for herself. Than she looks for people to re-pay her for what she has done or give her a good comment. Dealing with the wrong people can keep you upset. Learn to Love and like yourself and you will draw the right people in your circle. Thanks for the book. You are just as good as everybody else but know better.

Very nice book.

I haven’t read the entire book yet but it is very insightful. I have thought to myself quite a few times oh my god this is me. Completely agree with her advice and reading the book 1st and then going through the exercises.
