Hard to wash off!
I strongly dislike it. My cats don't usually stay for baths and it is important to have a shampoo that washes off on the first go. This shampoo is really hard to wash off. It needs to either diluted and then put on the cats or you need to keep rubbing the same area till the lather is gone.

Smell is a little strong, but this is a great pet shampoo for washing pee stains off an elderly cat's fur.
