Perfect Beach Vacation in a Bottle!
I absolutely love this Monoi oil! If you want soft, silky skin and shiny hair, this is it. The gardenia scent is incredible - it instantly takes me back to beach vacations and tropical getaways. I use it mainly as an after-sun treatment and it works wonders on sun-kissed skin. Yes, it's an oil, so there's some greasiness, but honestly it's not as heavy as you'd expect. It absorbs pretty well and leaves my skin feeling moisturized without that sticky feeling. I've also used it on the ends of my hair and it makes them look so much healthier and glossy. The fragrance alone is worth it - not overpowering, just a beautiful, natural tropical flower smell that lingers nicely. A little goes a long way, so the bottle lasts quite a while. If you're looking for that vacation vibe all year round while actually taking care of your skin and hair, definitely give this a try. Highly recommend!

High quality oil that smells delicious!
Love this oil! I’m a huge fan of oils and use a variety of them on my skin and hair. I have tried regular coconut oil but my hair just doesn’t seem to like it very much and it sits heavily on my skin. That being said, I ordered three of these bottles in different scents - vanilla, regular coconut and Tiare. I was hesitant to order the Tiare since it is a gardenia flower but thought maybe Tahitian Gardenia smells different than the gardenia I’m used to. I was wrong, it’s definitely gardenia! The coconut smelled amazing though - like toasted coconut which I loved, though it just smelled like regular coconut oil once I applied it to my skin. Then there is the Vanilla scent. I am not a vanilla fan and expected to like this the least, but I like it the most! It smells sickeningly sweet when it’s in the bottle, but once you apply it to skin or hair it’s very light and sweet. So feminine! It doesn’t smell like cheap imitation vanilla either. This oil sank into my skin like a dream (applied right out of the shower with skin still wet). It left my skin soft and smelling delicious! Bonus points for it being made in Tahiti. It has now become a staple and I will be purchasing the Vanilla scent from now on! Note: The only downside is the packaging. Despite reading numerous reviews warning people to be careful when pouring out the oil, I made a huge mess and lost 1/3 of a bottle on the floor. It is an open-necked bottle without any kind of stopper so a lot comes out very quickly when the bottle is slightly tipped.

Great lasting scent.
Incredible product. I love using this oil right after a shower. I use a santal body wash so building on that scent with this oil really helps the scent last. Really turns your shower into a luxurious experience. If you want to smell great for hours and have people complimenting your scent, try this. The only downside is that the product needs to be warmed to turn into an oil. Take it into the shower and put it under the water stream for a minute and it will be ready for pouring after your shower. I put on an unscented moisturizer and lock it in with this oil.

Take Me Away Monoi Tiki Tahiti
Hello Tahiti! I’ve been there twice. What I remember the most was how wonderful the Tiare flowers smelled. It’s made in Tahiti. It’s as close to being there can be and a lot cheaper!

Natures Gem
This is my favorite Monoi oil by far. Love the scent and this has become a beauty staple for me. My hair is down to my hips and this oil keeps my hair in top condition and I need less products. It's strong, shiny, and looks so much better. I also lighten my hair and this as a treatment really helps with the damage. The scent is so lovely and I can layer it with other scents or wear it alone. This oil is made the proper way and I don't mind reheating the oil. I just use it after my shower. It melts quick I actually like to pour some out. Let it harden and I find with the oil solid like a balm I use less and it makes things easier, because the bottle is not the best to be frank. Still though this oil is a necessity in my routine now a days. A little goes a long way and it smells fantastic. I have ordered the vanilla, plumeria, and ylang ylang as well. This oil just works so well I even bought the soap. Also the coconut oil can actually penetrate the hair follicle. This does not make me break out either. I like to use it to remove stubborn eye makeup. This is also a great scent and oil for summer. It relaxes me and leaves my skin so soft! Like way beyond normal soft. Uber soft.:) yes, I love this oil and I recommend it. It truley is a gem of a product.

Worst so called "Monoi" oil in the market!!!!
I've been using Monoi oils for as long as I can remember, there is something about the scent that is not only so soothing but it makes your skin feel like silk and makes you smell like the sweetest garden in the world. I love how I always get compliments by men and women wherever I go of how good and sweet I smell even if I forget to put some perfume on all day! I have grown accustom to the real traditional pure scent of Monoi flowers that the second I opened this up it made me sick and pretty upset to say the least for the so called "Monoi" scent. I will not complain about the oil freezing up because I did read it in the description prior to ordering so I was already prepared for that to happen. You must warm it up before every use so the oil can melt which does not really bother me because I always like to slightly warm my oils before massaging them into my skin because it feels so much better, but I will say that this specific oil looses its scent even more every time you heat it up. I would have definitely returned it but after warming it up, re-smelling it and going to place it on the counter the bottle just tipped over and 35% just poured out! I've used it several times since them to mix with potpourri or add a few drops in water and it has tipped over twice more which leads me to think that there is something seriously wrong with the design of the bottle since it won't stay straight the second you place down. I would never recommend this or buy it again.

I have used this for many years. First and foremost I love its smell and then it's moisturizing quality which is great. It penetrates deep. That is what we want from a oil and both is achieved by it.
