Disappointing
Product broke within the first couple of uses. Extremely disappointing as I paid extra for this one thinking it would be good quality.Confused about how to return or get a replacement and would appreciate help with this order.

Great value for money
Considering most other gel eye masks retail around £10 each I decided to go for this pack of gel masks and pads for more flexibility of use. I was so glad I did. The pads and masks come in a nice soft case which acts like a cool bag. The quality is great. Good quality and worth the extra money spent.

Short term effects but may work for you.
I bought for migrane issues. Just not effective for long enough as they warm to applied area too quickly. I think if you're buying for a short term chill then yeah these will work well. You f your looking for something that last more than 10mins the you can't beat the old fashioned Kool Pack sacks as when they warm you can empty water and rechill quickly with fresh water and ice. No waiting around in discomfort for those to chill in the fridge.
