Perfect Training Treats for My Puppy — Soft, Healthy & Loved!
I absolutely love these Wellness Puppy Treats! They are soft and easy to break into small pieces, which makes them perfect for training sessions. My pup gets excited every time I pull one out. The grain-free formula with lamb and salmon seems gentle on her digestion, and I haven’t noticed any stomach issues. The portion size is spot-on — not too big, not too small. These treats make reward training fun and effective! Highly recommend to anyone looking for healthy, tasty treats for their puppy. 🐶

Great Little Treat for Little Dogs
We order this item on repeat. A perfect, small treat for good behavior. Our dachshunds love their “cookies.”

My dog loves these, the perfect size for training and everyday treats
These Wellness Puppy Treats have become a favorite in our house. They’re small, crunchy, and easy to handle, perfect for training or just rewarding good behavior. My puppy goes crazy for the chicken and carrot flavor, and I love that they’re grain-free and made with natural ingredients. They don’t crumble easily, so I can toss a few in my bag without making a mess, and the texture is firm but not too hard for little teeth. The resealable bag keeps them fresh, and the smell isn’t overwhelming like some other treats. Honestly, they’ve made training sessions so much smoother, definitely a staple in our puppy routine.

Works great for training
Having 3 dogs of various sizes and breeds, they all love them. Treats are square-size, about an 1.5”, flat shaped, soft, with the ease to break them into smaller pieces if needed. They work great for training, as a distraction, or a behavioral reward, especially on walks. They keep well in a sealable packaging in which they come. The only reason for 4 stars is due to the amount of treats in a package; I wish there were more treats included. I keep ordering them as my dogs love them.

Great training treat.
What’s not to love about these? If my dogs could speak, they’d tell me just how much they love these. Pros: 1. They’re the perfect size for both of my dogs. I’ve got a Shih Tzu and I tear them apart in 1/2 for her(she doesn’t chew her food). I’ve also got a Golden Retriever/Cattle dog x and I give him a whole one(he does chew his food.) 2. They’re soft enough that I can tear them in 1/2 and she doesn’t know the difference. 3. They’re not hard at all making them easy to split in 1/2. 4. They’re definitely at a great price point for the amount you get. Especially if you tear them in half. 5. They’re last a long time without drying out. I put mine in a container with a lid. They seem to last a lot longer than leaving them in the bag. 6. They’re the perfect treat or training treat, or you may use them however you’d like to given the fact they’re soft enough to tear in 1/2 or leave whole. 7. Given all of the above, they’re functional all the way around. Cons: The only con I’ve got is, I wish they were a little bigger.

Healthy, soft treats that my puppy loves
These treats are perfect for training — small, soft, and easy to chew. My puppy goes crazy for the lamb and salmon flavor. I like that they’re grain-free and made with real ingredients, not fillers. They don’t crumble in my pocket during walks, and they smell pleasant compared to most dog treats. Great for rewards or quick snacks between meals.

In puppy training there are 4 grades of treats. 1. RECALL - The very best treat reward ... because a recall *must* work to save a nasty incident so tends to be fresh chicken or ham or cheese 2. Training - When you want to reward new and good behaviour in the early days 3. Standard treats that are there for normal trained behaviours like checking in or mat training 4. Low value ... dog will often turn his nose up. These fall between the 2-3 level. Puppy likes them and will work for them but soon becomes bored

My australian shepherd found these difficult to chew-- and he has a strong bite. This made them impossible to use during training because he would choke on them as he tried to complete an exercise.

When I cut these up, hard translucent shards of what look like….glass/ seashells/ bones fall out. Has anyone received a response from Wellness about what these are? Is it safe for my puppy to consume?
