I recently added this Cooling Eye Mask to my routine, and it has quickly become essential. I usually wear a sleeping eye mask as i love a total blackout to enhance and improve my sleep quality, but because of this I often wake up with puffy eyes, so I was looking for something to help reduce the swelling and refresh my eyes. This mask is perfect for that!The comfort level is unmatched. The mask is soft against my skin and delivers an instant cooling effect that soothes my tired eyes. I keep it in the fridge over night optimal cooling, but it’s cool enough even at room temperature to get the job done.While I haven’t used it for warming therapy and probably I will not. the cold therapy is exactly what I need. Plus, it helps relieve pressure and gives me peace of mind that my eyes will feel refreshed when I wake up in the morning.Overall, I highly recommend this Mask. Great product , tried cheaper versions , but this one after being in the fridge worked wonders on my swollen eyes . I’ve been suffering with dry sore eyelids and under eye , this hit the area very effectively

Got this due to getting occular shingles, helps to cool my eye down so tbf for a tenner it's a bargain!

I use this mask several times a week whether I wake up with a headache or even if I just want to feel refreshed after a long week. Super comfortable and works instantly. Keep in the bag in the fridge to keep it in the best shape, but you won't regret using this often.

Edited my review as I put this eye mask in the microwave for 10 seconds and it popped!!! Didn’t realise until I put it on and felt it leaking down my face. Shame because it’s good for puffy eyes.I’d like a replacement so I can just use it cold but don’t know how to contact the seller.*****Like most ice packs it won’t stay cold forever but I got a good 20 minutes at least. I ditched my last one because it had no eye holes and was bulky on my face but this covers a wide range of area all around my eyes, cheeks and forehead and feels so comfortable.Visually you will look like something out of a horror movie but if you’re unwell with sinus problems and a headache this is amazing.Love it thanks

I truly can't recommend this enough—it's become my go-to for everything. Hangover? Cured. Headache? Eased. Puffy eyes and dark circles? Gone. Whether I need relief or just a moment to relax, this delivers every time. Warm or cold, it’s simply ideal.

Unfortunately don't recommend it, it is very uncomfortable and even been in the fridge all night doesn't cool well.Waste of money!

Great product , maintain cold temperature for over 30 minutes. Great fit. Good price and fast delivery
