does the flashlight recharge?

I haven't run out of battery yet so I have not recharge it; however I assume it will recharge while recharging lighter.

Can I bring it on to a flight?

Yes, the battery is small enough to meet TSA regulations and it has no fuel in it.

When the battery will no longer charge can you replace it?

Just buy a new one. I am not sure though. This is my 2nd lighter like this. The battery lifetime on them are pretty good. If you are worried about that. Go super high end. This is mid high for sure. I love mine. The feel of it. It’s good product.

How far does light shine?

Not to far approximately a foot I would say!
