These q-tips cleaned out my toy poodle's ears so well, I was a bit shocked at what came out while using them. I used a dog-friendly ear solution and gave him a bath, then used these q-tips to clean out his ears. We've tried toilet paper, carefully using regular q-tips, cotton balls, to clean them out in the past but never saw this much ear build-up with one use. Super effective and my dog seems satisfied with his newly cleaned ears, keeping these on hand from now on. Highly recommend!

Recommended these by my VET for my cats ear cleaning at home! The best, sometimes I used a mix both of these tips & a wipe.

Two of my male cats have very waxy ears which ends up very itchy for them. Regular cotton swabs were difficult to reach to the right area and the cotton was too loose and rough.These swabs are nice. They clean the deeper area where the wet wax collects and also clean the shallow surface areas where the dry and sticky wax collects. I can generally clean both ears with one swab. I do wish the cotton part was about half as long because the cotton bends the boys ear cartilage for the tip to reach the deep crevices and that's uncomfortable for them so I have to rush. I may try removing some of the cotton and seeing if that helps. Also, the bamboo stick is not flexible the way it seems. It takes a lot of force to make just the middle flex and it would be very uncomfortable to painful for the pet by that point. I guess if you were using it for gun cleaning or something then it would be appropriate, but it's advertised for pet ear cleaning first.Overall though the cotton tips are thick and smooth and they work well for the intended purpose.

I recently failed as a foster parent for this sweet 17-year old senior lady named Eddie (Edina) and she came with a bunch of health problems due to being neglected by her previous owner. One of those issues was dirty ears and ear mites. Along with prescriptions medications for the mites, I’ve been using these to keep her ears clean. They’re so much safer than Q-tips, they’re softer and with the longer stem, I have more control. Great find!

I can clean my Frenchies folds & tail pocket with no problem. They are steady, the cotton hold on the stick & the stick hasn’t snapped on me not even once. They’re also great to clean her ears. I’ve also been using this to clean house areas & gadgets that I can’t fit my fingers into. Multipurpose for sure! Highly recommended!

I like the shape and the quality however it states for small dog, cat or puppy and they are way too large for my cats.
