Waste of money and time no improvement nothing

Really wonderful product. Without NAD mitochondria cannot work, we feel fatigue discomfort... everyday life is bane. So think, how would be miserable for a mito patient to live a day. A total mess... My physican suggested to take add NAD to other supplements.... The change was wonderful. Totally satisfied with the product, confident now.... can gradually come back to normal life. Thanks to Truniagen NR. The price is so high, if moderate it, it would have helped many mito patients... as I they have to take many more costly supplements regularly to maintain their daily life.

I also felt like I got a good nights sleep - even when I didn’t. The difference is amazing — I have sustained energy throughout the day and even into the evening, which hasn’t happened for me in years. It's not a caffeinated feeling, either, where my energy fades, then drops, a couple of hours later, but it's consistent throughout the day. I take one supplement as soon as I wake up, then another around noon. I really can’t say enough good things about it, and only wish I had discovered it sooner. But better late than never! In addition to better sleep, I am looking forward to its other benefits that I've read have been medically proven through many research studies: it's anti-aging effects by promoting cellular repair and reducing oxidative stress, heart health, and improved cellular health. This will take time to develop, and I've only been taking these supplements for 5 months. But one of the other big benefits I have noticed is that my blood sugar levels have leveled out, and I don't have sugar cravings anymore. This is truly a first, lol. 😂 It is on the pricey side, and I do wish the cost would come down a bit, but honestly, the benefits make it worth every penny. Tru Niagen gave me back the energy and motivation I’d been missing. If you’ve been feeling drained or low on energy, this supplement is absolutely worth trying. Note: I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the price. Its effectiveness is 5-stars, I’d even give it more than 5-stars if possible. But, price is something I had to take into consideration. If you decide to try it, and it’s cost prohibitive for you, I recommend you buy it on one of Amazon’s Prime Days or on Black Friday :)

I started taking this and it’s amazing. I have more focus. Energy. I need less sleep. I gained more muscle. It’s expensive and honestly they made the package to nice. I wish they sold it in bulk. I’ve been taking this brand for 2 years every day. Do your research this one is the one.

Not sure about the age reversal, I do feel like I have more energy and my skin is better but I've also implemented some lifestyle changes of late (less sitting, more walking, more water) but for me it is having one definite benefit and that is making me regular. I know it's the capsule because when I've forgotten to take it, I am not having a movement. And they are healthy ones, I know this is a subject people don't like to talk about but I know many people suffer in silence with this issue from time to time so wanted to share my positive experience. Again, this is not a guarantee you will get the same results as me.
