Q: q&a says this does not rotate 360 degrees but the description says it does...what is the true answer?....thanks

I just bought 2 of these and yes the ad says it rotats 360 degrees which is a must for us. It does NOT rotate 360 degrees as the seller advertises. However, there is a small setscrew which rides in a groove in the moving pump portion. I will remove this setscrew and see how that works. I think the screw is to reduce play in the assembly but no info from the seller in their info sent with the pump.

Q: How wide is the base and how tall from counter top to top of dispenser?

3.25" high and 1.5 inches at the base.

Q: am i missing something here or does the top move side to side a lot?

Yes it does move slightly. if you hit it doesn’t break off Like all the other ones. That’s the first thing I thought of when I seen it . after I hit it, and seen the Movement I was happy moved I hope this helps
