I use this SPF flip balm in the morning or when I’m going for a run, to the beach, etc. The texture feels just like regular lip gloss. I got the açaí flavor, which smells amazing—but the taste is really weird. Even if you don’t mean to, it ends up in your mouth and it’s hard to get rid of. Despite that, I still use it because it protects my lips and smells great.

I got the açaí flavored one. The smell is pleasant, subtle and unobtrusive. It works great and seems to stay on for a long time, only needing to reapply every few hours if I’m in the sun for a long enough time. The only caveat is that if you’re not careful, you will taste a slight chemical sunscreen flavor if you accidentally lick your lips or get too much mouth moisture on it. It’s not the most unpleasant or offensive flavor though, and it goes away pretty quickly. This seems to be normal with most sunscreen lip balms with SPF this high that I’ve tried in the past.

The product itself is really hydrating and good for the lips but.. when it gets into your mouth.. ew. Not like I'm trying to it just does get in there

From someone that purchases A LOT of lip treatments, glosses, oils from all the famous brands, this product is bomb. Put it on and it stays on for hours. You can feel it hydrate your lips and protect them as well. The product says you need to reapply after 2 hours and I promise you your lips will still feel hydrated then. Con: took away one star because I do wish it had some tint to it. It looks just like Vaseline on the lips. Also, no seal on the cap. Otherwise, better than other famous brands (SummerFridays, Laneige, Rhode etc) + spf.

I'm not a fan of this lip balm. First of all its basically like putting an acai scented petroleum jelly (vaseline) on your lips. Its pretty thick. Its not exactly sticky but it does have a tacky kind of slimy texture to it. It doesn't absorb into your lips either. The instructions say to apply a generous amount and reapply every 2 hours! That seems quite excessive. It slides around on your lips and the more you talk the worse it gets. I keep having to wipe the corners and sides of my lips so it dosent look like it was put on by a toddler. Even though its a clear gloss its visibly shinny with even a tiny amount. I wanted to love this product but its not worth it at all.
