Chiaro e di facile uso
Le illustrazioni e le istruzioni sono veramente molto chiare e comprensibili, e mostrano come utilizzare la panca da pilates per fare stretching in modo ottimale. Ho messo solo 4 stelle perché il libro, pur comprendendo tutti i principali gruppi muscolari, è di sole 54 pagine. In ogni caso è un ottimo acquisto.

Complete waste of time and super expensive
I am a pilates teacher and bought this book for some ideas for stretching clients on the reformer. The stretches are obvious and basic. You could work them out even if you had not gone through reformer training and all of them would be covered by existing training. There is nothing innovative or interesting in this book and in most cases you wouldn't even need a reformer to do the stretches. Save yourself the money. I would return if I could. If it would let me give this book a 0 rating I would have.

Muy útil y visual. Letra grande. Texto escueto, conciso y más que suficiente para comprender y recordar las claves de cada estiramiento. Sin paja.Dibujos y texto a color: a cada músculo que se estira se le asigna un color, el mismo color que en el texto, de manera que es muy rápido de consultar. Por fin un libro sobre Pilates usa este recurso didáctico.Todo un acierto. Doy clases de Pilates en Reformer y lo encuentro muy útil. Compraré más de esta serie.
