This cranial cradle is not too hard, its soft yet firm for the body

I have spinal stenosis and found that this product is very helpful whether I am lying on the floor using it or lying back in my recliner. The removable pad that can be heated or cooled is fantastic! It stays cool for over 15 minutes when put in the freezer for 3 hours. It can be heated in the microwave, but I have not tried it yet. The pictures were very helpful as they helped me to position my neck properly in the cradle. I did find that lying flat on the floor, using the cranial cradle, worked the best.

I had to return this due to the size of this as it does not hit the pressure points on the skull. BUT, I received a full and total refund when returned. Great Customer Service.

I used it cold and I felt instant relief for my neck and head. I'm pretty flexible but it was uncomfortable to adjust myself to get this under my back. I wish the material of the pillow was different as I can see it causing an allergic reaction due to dust mites. The cradle is actually incredibly comfortable, thankfully, even without the pillow!

My physical therapist told me about this. It’s fabulous! I could sleep on it all night ….but won’t of course because it’s not made for that. It’s relieved all the tension in a few uses. It came with info on how you can use it all over for various issues too.

I use daily in my massage therapy and yoga practice. Highly recommend for my clients to also buy one to help get them with in between session times. The pain relief alone is worth the purchase!

The craniocradle is the standard product, but the heating pad it comes with in this bundle is made of highly synthetic, cheap materials and smells horribly toxic when heated.

Love, love, love this product! I have had a chiropractor do a similar hold on my neck area... This product works much better. It's very relaxing plus you can heat up the heart shaped pad that comes with it. I have recommended it to all of my family and friends that have neck and back issues. It saves a $100.00 for one visit to the Dr.
