I don't write reviews very often, but had to come back and report because of all the negative reviews. This thing works fabulously. Fill it up, freeze it, when ready to retrieve ice:1. turn it upside down2. keep the cover on and twist.3. Allow the ice to fall onto the cover4.. Bend the cover in your hand to fill a cup with crushed ice. It is only enough to fill one cup, it's super easy and does what's described. I just ordered a second one for my boyfriend to enjoy.

Love the crushed ice it makes but it's really hard to get it into glasses. You almost need to put it in a bowl first when crushing then move the ice into the glass. Also can't ever fill it the whole way because it's impossible to get it to the freezer without spilling. Definitely expected the lid to fit better but it just kind of rests on top. I'll probably still use it but it could be better.

This tray makes an absurdly small amount of ice. Like, so small as to be unusuable. The whole tray only produced enough ice to fill a single rocks glass. Unless you had an entire freezer full of these things, you'd never get enough ice to matter.Not to mention what comes out isn't even crushed, but long strips. Just go buy a lewis bag. You'll get more crushed ice easier and faster than dealing with this.

The dividers between the ice are just thin rubber sheets. The ice clings to the thin sheets and is difficult to remove.
