I've been buying these for over a year and a half now. I actually started taking them three months before signing up for my first half marathon, keep in mind, I was a total newbie to running at that point. After about a month, I genuinely felt my joints getting stronger. What really stood out, though, was my skin. It looked noticeably nicer, less wrinkly and much firmer. That said, I was also using some retinol at the time, so the improved skin wasn't solely thanks to the collagen. Here's the real test: six months after starting collagen, I got pregnant with twins. Naturally, I worried about ending up with a ton of stretch marks. I wasn’t allowed to use any retinol during my pregnancy, so collagen was the only way I could help my skin from the inside. Not only was this product safe to take throughout my pregnancy, but, believe it or not, I didn’t get a single stretch mark. Of course, I was also diligent about hydrating my skin every day with my regular body cream. So, I can confidently say this collagen works for me. Still, I want to be clear: it’s not a miracle fix. You do need to put in a bit of basic self-care alongside it.

Have finished first bottle and have bought another. They are quite big to swallow but manageable. I think I see a difference in my skin and hair but definitely see it in my nails so hopefully doing something. My friend swears by them and she looks fab . We are both in our sixties

Ive been buying this brand for a few years now. Good quality and if you like me and dont like taking tablets , the capsules can be opened and powder sprinkled on yogart or simaler, as it has no taste Ive gine without for a few days and definitly notice a difference in joint mobility

Only taken them for a week, recommended by my sister who is pleased with them, her nails are much stronger. They are worth a try.

Uso questo Collagene Marino con Acido Ialuronico da un po’ di tempo e devo dire che mi sta dando ottime sensazioni. Si scioglie facilmente in acqua o yogurt e il sapore è molto delicato, quindi è semplice da assumere ogni giorno. Dopo alcune settimane di utilizzo costante ho notato la pelle più idratata, luminosa e compatta, soprattutto sul viso. Anche le articolazioni sembrano più elastiche e meno rigide al mattino. Non è un cambiamento immediato, ma graduale e reale. Mi piace molto la combinazione di ingredienti perché collagene marino e acido ialuronico lavorano bene insieme e la qualità del prodotto si percepisce dalla solubilità e dall’assenza di retrogusti strani. L’unica cosa da considerare è che bisogna prenderlo con costanza e il prezzo è leggermente più alto della media, ma per me è giustificato dalla qualità. Nel complesso è diventato un ottimo alleato quotidiano per migliorare pelle, capelli e articolazioni.

Soucieux de moi, j’ai utilisé ce produit en complément d’autres destinés à une peau plus ferme, et cela fonctionne !! Bon certes je complémente avec du collagène en poudre…mais cela fonctionne bien !!

Habe es nun zum wiederholten Mal bestellt, nehme es seit 2 Jahren und hatte seitdem 90% weniger Gelenkschmerzen und bin auch mit meiner Haut und Haaren sehr zufrieden. Habe auch keinerlei Nebenwirkungen. Nehme morgens und abends eine Kapsel zum Essen.

ho comprato questo prodotto sperando che, nel lungo termine, mi aiutasse con una cicatrice muscolare da far riassorbire...tralasciando l'effetto sulla cicatrice muscolare, che non posso vedere, ma sentire e ancora è presto per poterlo dire, ho notato dei cambiamenti in particolare sulla pelle delle gambe. Io l'ho sempre avuta molto secca sugli stinchi, dopo 3 settimane non perdevo più la pelle secca e me ne sono meravigliata, per questo posso dire che la pelle ne trae sicuramente giovamento!
