Cleared up my Lexmark printer's problem
I had ghosted, repeating images on my printer (a Lexmark E120).Replacing the photoconductor with this one cleared the problem upafter just a sheet or two. Sorry to say, after a while the photoconductordoes require replacement; it IS a consumable.I recommend a new photoconductor when your toner is almost run dry,thought not every time you need a new toner. But if you have any problemssimilar to what I experienced, try a simultaneous new toner and photoconductorto breathe new life into what may be an old (or just heavily-used) printer.Worked for me. And stay away from el-cheapo toners that spew dry inkall over the place: they do a lot of long-term damage. Get the vendor-specifictoner for your printer, despite the significant additional cost, which is worthit considering the less dirt and mess and longer overall life of the product (especiallyin the case of toner).

Keeping my printer rolling along
As the original photoconductor was reaching end of life (20k+ pages), I was considering replacing my E120n, but I still like the form factor and versatility of the E120n and the kit was reasonably priced. Installation was no more complicated than replacing the toner and I'm back in business again. I didn't see any recycling/return options for the kit, so I guess it goes in the trash, but at least it's less than a whole printer.

Lexmark Original
Ordered this for my aging E120N that had a streak on all the pages that it printed. This replacement part fixed the streaks and now the printer is just as good as new. The only issue was that there were no shipping labels to send the old part back to Lexmark for recycling as it is done with the toner cartridges.

Used product not a new one as appears in ad.
The product I received was in an previously opened box and the internal packaging was also open. A serious stretch from "in Retail Packaging"!! I haven't tried it until I talk to support.

Just Works
Just what I needed. Had to replace the previous photoconductor because there were smudges on it. This fixed my problem completely!Saved myself from having to buy a new printer.

Item was advertised as NEW but is USED.
Advertised as a NEW item. Internal packaging upon arrival was not sealed and fuser roller has ink/toner on it, which is obviously well-used. Not even decent as a refurbished item - should be discarded rather than sold as NEW, USED, or otherwise.

Leider defektes Teil
Der Fotoleiter war leider defekt.Die Hälfte des Fotoleiters war nach dem ersten Druck komplett mit Toner behaftet.Ebenso sah natürlich der Ausdruck aus.Komplette Blatthälfte geschwärzt.Das ein Teil mal defekt kommt, kann natürlich passieren. Aber, das meine Reklamation knappe 4 Wochen brauchte ehe ich mein Geld wieder bekam, ist für mich nicht akzeptabel.Darum auch nur 1 Stern. Erst nach 3 Telefonaten und mehreren Emails kam die Sache in's rollen und ich bekam mein Geld wieder.Warum nicht einfach nur ein Tausch stattfinden konnte, entzieht sich meiner Kenntnis. Habe nun den Fotoleiter ganz woanders bestellt und zu einem Drittel des Preises. Sorry
