Some reviewers complained of stones and debris with the coffee beans which ruined their coffee grinders. To protect my grinder, I opened a Gimoka bag and poured the beans on a large tray to check for any debris. The coffee was clean, but the bean quality was very bad. More than 10% of the beans were broken into small pieces and several roasted bean shells were mixed in the bag. This is definitely a substandard quality of coffee with poor quality control.However, once ground these coffee beans are smooth, flavoursome and very good value. They can be blended with other espresso beans to give the desired taste.
