Frustrated for NEXT DAY DELIVERY. FALSE PROMISE
The headset is amazingly good but I cant enjoy it to the fullest after I lost my interest on it due to the INCOMPETENCE in delivery. I bought this to gift myself on my birthday unfortunately my day was ruined waiting for the FALSE PROMISES of next day delivery. Considering I subscribed to Prime Membership. If only I know it will happen, I should have not purchased it and not ruined my birthday. So much trust for the Prime service and it ALL fails. I will cancel my membership then. With the product I purchased, I lost the enthusiasm of using it. Returning it will not make up on the HUGE damaged!!! If swearing is allowed here, I will definitely fill this space with it 😠😠😠😠
