Yes, this toner does fit HP Laser Jet 2300. We own the same Laser Jet Model and this toner jet fit perfect and we are very satisfied with the purchase of this toner. Great product at a great price and it was delivered fast, directly to our door!

At the school I teach, we do not recycle them. However, they are wonderful and last a long time.
