This is a brilliant bit of kit, I wish I had bought one years ago. Fantastic workout for the forearms. I’ve seen these around for years but always had my doubts about their effectiveness, but I was so wrong!! This product is so simple to use. It is well made and there is little else to say, it does the job. The handle is very comfortable, it has a spongy feel. Having never had muscular forearms, I thought there was limited downside risk in adding this piece of kit to my home gym, given the price. So pleased I did. It does the job perfectly and can be easily incorporated into your exercise regime between other weight trading exercises or cardio. For the first time in my life I have really good muscle definition. I use spare weights from a dumbbells set which works really well. I think the grip is safe and the product is really easy to use. You can definitely see and feel the burn in the forearms. I use it sparingly but it still does a great job. The only minor qualm I have is that the buckle is often not fully extended at the bottom but this is a minor issue and does not prevent me from giving this VFM item full marks. Highly recommended.

I’ve used this for a week or so now, you can get quite abit of weight on this and after 8+ full up and down reps your forearms will be pumped beyond what you normally get from using a bar.This seems like it will work really well for increasing grip strength and endurance, only have given it 4 stars because the handles do seem to creak abit when you get abit of weight on it

Other than using this with weights pulling up against gravity, causing the shoulders to give out before the forearms, I find it more comfortable to attach to a cable machine at shoulder height and go from there.This is well built and feels comfortable to use.I'm looking to turn a wooden block and hook into some kind of isometric "grip" trainer to attach to the weight carrier part of this kit. Ideas on line. Good luck.

Equipment arrived well packaged and on time. Wrist Roller is fantastic, especially so considering its great price. Solidly constructed, foam grips firmly attached and all in all a strong looking bit of kit. Have used and it delivers truly EPIC forearm pumps! I used both arms in front and arms behind and my forearms were pumped and on fire. Highly recommended if you desire powerful and muscular forearms, a fine way to finish off the physique!
