I ENJOYED READING THE BOOK ABOUT DATA STRATEGY. IT'S VERY CONCISE AND CLEAR. THE AUTHOR GIVES PLENTY OF EXAMPLES AND KEEP THINGS DOWN TO EARTH. HOWEVER, IT NEEDS TO GO FURTHER INTO DEEP LEARNING, ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND THE FUTURE OF THE INTERNET OF THINGS. OVERALL, THE BOOK WAS VERY CLEAR. A MUST BUY IF YOU ARE A SMALL COMPANY WHO WANTS TO START UNDERSTANDING HOW BIG DATA WILL IMPACT THE VISION ON A CERTAIN BUSINESS.

Great book! It's a book for everyone from the fully experienced to the data newcomer. The strategy sections are nice for ideas..but it also covers the basic knowledge that every business user should know. Want to get into data science, this is a great start! It's not super technical either so it's an easy read.

Read through few chapters. It's good for newbies who want to know how to use data and strategy options around it. It may be boring if you are in Data domain already (Analytics, Data Science, Data Operations related fields etc).

Libro molto interessante e che fornisce una grande overview del mondo dei Big Data. Un grande vantaggio di questo libro sono gli svariati esempi di casi reali che fornisce e la forte impronta di business associata al tema big data e analytics.D'altrone la "V" più importante è: Value!Tuttavia va detto che è un libro ad alto livello e da come dice il titolo affronta più il lato strategico del tema. Non aspettatevi tecnicismi e sarete soddisfatti.
