Q: come on people-which is it 19' or 33'?

I never noticed that but without going to my garage I would say each section is 19".

Q: How many lengths of fiberglass rods are there. The description doesn’t clearly state that. I assume that each length is 1.1 foot

Dear sir:Length:1.1FT (33cm)/pcs, Diameter: 0.16" (4mm), total 10pcs,it can be extended up to 11FT.

Q: Will these rods go through closed cell foam insulation? It's one of the hardest insulation foam I've seen.

They are very flexible. I believe this would be problematic trying to force them through the closed cell foam.

Q: Does it glow in dark? when snaking wires into attics, its very useful.
