Be aware that other Salonpas are not recommended during pregnancy but this one is fine to use. I have tried various testing patches but this one turned out to be the best :) it last long, didn’t smell too loud and I also don’t get skin issues after multiple use despite sensitive skin!

Ive been using these patches for about 2 months. I received 3 boxes of 6 patches, 24 patches total. Good value. Ive used 20 so far and not one bad patch.These are a nice size patch and are usually enough to cover my problem area. I need to have someone else put the patch on my back for me; you really need 2 hands to be able to apply the patch smoothly and then press it down firmly for a few seconds. If it is not placed on the skin wrinkle free it will become loose and possibly come off. This is not a product defect, just the nature of the materials. When put on properly it feels almost like a second skin. They hold well at work, even on my most active days.Patches give off good heat for a good 6-8 hours... i have woken up in the morning and still felt traces of the heat. The combo of the heat and the cool tingling from the menthol are very comforting on my lower shoulder blade pain. Salonpas do not take the pain away, but they do dull it and comfort it.

I have used this type of product from different brands and in different styles, but I think this one is the best. Unfortunately, I’ve been having trouble finding it for sale. It has great durability and stays adhesive for a long time.

Very difficult to use, will not buy again, like the heavier variety; it is much easier to use

Love. It's hard to find patches with only menthol and capsaicin. Also the Gel sticks well and way essayer on my skin.
