No issues, seems fine with IP Phone 9608G

I received my headset today. It is not as advertised. I specifically ordered as the description clearly states the cord has a “new” mute button feature. This is NOT a feature in the headset I received. Additionally the headset I received is a single earpiece with a wire and plastic place holder for side of head, instead of being the double ear muffs as advertised/described in product materials. I’m seriously disappointed.

I would actually give this product 2 1/2 stars if it was possible. The headset is lightweight and setup/connection was simple and straight forward. That is where the positives end, unfortunately. The mouthpiece/microphone arm has no flexibility at all and sticks almost straight out leaving it far away from your mouth. The curvature of the headband is also not very ergonomic which (at least with the shape of my head) makes it difficult to find a comfortable position with which to wear it. Sound quality on my end was not terrible (not good either just passable), but those I spoke to on the other end of the calls complained of my voice being choppy and that the call seemed to be cutting in and out. While certainly not a high end headset, at about $80.00, I would expect a little bit better quality.
