I read all the reviews on this product before I purchased. I was so excited to get it but boy what a let down. I got the cotton candy.... I can't stand the smell or the taste. It's like eating chalk that is bitter. So far I don't really notice a difference after using it once I'm finally able to drink it and haven't thrown up. I know a lot of things in the workout world doesn't taste good. I have tolerated a lot of the work out stuff but this has to be one of the worst that I've had.

It's not a good stand alone taste, and is a bit too powerful to add to anything. Gets the job done but I'd probably try a different flavor next time.

This is an interesting product, kind of a mix of energy booster and mild fat loss aid. It's moderate on all fronts, but I really found it to be perfect for afternoon or evening doses preworkout, when I don't want to slam 350mg caffeine and be up all night, and it stacks well with Strength Gainz, their creatine/endurance product. I'm not working out for weight loss or control, but I did notice some fat loss while taking this. I think it's a great way to maximize energy and fat loss without dealing with the issues high-dose caffeine products, or exotic-stimmed fat burners can bring. Taken over time, results would compound.

I would use this if I could get past the taste! I have the cotton candy and that's all great and fine but after that it is really bitter and has a strong bitter after taste. I personally thought something was wrong with mine because it's that bad. I can't force myself to drink it! It taste like crushed up aspirin that you're trying to drink with cotton candy! I do like the CLA drink and the other products just not this!

The first 2 months I used this it was great, not the best flavor but that was to be expected! The thing I'm most disappointed about is that I've only had it for maybe 2.5 months and it's started clumping together rather than keeping it's powdered form! Gotta throw it away now
