I roll our chains up so they lay flat in a big plastic sour cream container. Cover the chain with Simple Green crystals. Periodically shaking the containers to wash the chains. The nice thing is a hose with pressure is all you need to finish the cleaning. Once the bubbles go away. Hang your chain up blow it out with a compressor, or just hang it in the sun. Be sure it is dry before lubricating. I like to lube my chains hanging. The oil fully lubricates each barrel. Simple Green is eco friendly.

Very good cleanser, little to no odor and not worried about catching fire, what’s not to like?

I wish it would have come with instructions of how to open the container.

Honestly, I have no idea what to say about this. The label is literally taped to the bucket. There is sediment at the bottom of the bucket. I'm not an expert, but I'd say it's not even close to 5 gallons.
