Golden Home Bakery Products Protein Ultra Thin Pizza Crust, 7" (3 Pack)

These are great little individual pizza crusts. They're filling, tasty, and healthy! I would highly recommend them!

I ordered the 3-pack of the "Golden Home Bakery Products Protein Ultra Thin Pizza Crust" primarily because the nutrition label said each crust has 16 grams of protein. I was absolutely shocked when I pulled this ***TEN DOLLAR*** item from the Amazon delivery box. I couldn't believe how small each crust was; I thought someone was playing a trick on me! I went back to my original order and sure enough, it was described as being 7" (though when measured, it was actually 6 3/8"). That's my bad; I totally missed the dimensions. Still, each crust is the size of a small tortilla, not even close to a personal-sized 8"-10" pizza. Three bites... four tops... and the "pizza" this product would make could be consumed in less than 2 minutes. And of course, it can't be returned, so I'm literally going to eat the $10. Now, I'll buy a real pizza crust elsewhere, and use these just as I would a small tortilla.

These were a lot smaller than I anticipated, but that is probably my fault. I have been looking for a good ready made keto friendly crust for a little while. I decided to give these a try. When I opened these up all the crusts were stuck together. I mean really welded together. After some time using a spatula and slowly trying to separate them I finally got one released kind of in tact. But I destroyed the other 2 in the process. I cooked mine in a Ninja 5 in 1 cooker on the grill plate. The crust tasted pretty good, made mine with Italian sausage, pepperoni, and black olive. As I said these tasted pretty good but the packaging stinks, they need some kind of divider in between each crust, like some of the sliced cheeses use.Update 2/15/23I purchased some more of these and put the unopened package in the refrigerator. The crust came apart much easier when chilled.

The macros on these are the standout feature, low cal, lots pf protean. The taste is o.k but still better than using say a low carb wrap. The issue I have and why I prob wont buy them again is they don't last. I opened the package and made 1, pretty decent, and put the rest away in the package that was hard to reseal. Within a day the other 2 turned hard/stale. I had to make both in kind of a stuffed pizza just so they didn't go completely to waste. They are kind of expensive for that to happen or at the very least you almost have to eat all of them back to back losing a little versatility. I might try them again if I have a gallon zip lock bag to keep them in.

These are pretty good, they're perfect for individual pizzas and low carb, which is hard to find in pizza crust. They're worth a try if you're low carb

I've been low carb for about 7 years now, so I've tried a ton of these kind of products. I very mistakenly assumed these were a full sized pizza trust, given the price point. No. They're about the size of a burrito-sized tortilla, maybe even smaller honestly. So it's absolutely a single serving pizza. They do not have the texture of a pizza crust either. However, I would have potentially re-ordered them, considering the fact that I like having things on hand that are very quick to eat and allow me to stay on track with my diet, BUT I just checked the pack with two remaining that I had opened two weeks ago and were totally sealed back up, and the edges of the remaining two crusts are totally hardened up. Therefore, I have to leave this negative review. If they had stayed good, I still would have been disappointed, but this overall leaves me being unable to recommend.

Tasted great with Roa’s pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella, turkey pepperoni’s and pre-cooked fresh mushrooms. It was not perfectly crispy but a good pizza craving substitute. Low carb and calorie.
