Perfect height w/sturdy Handles!
I purchased the Drive unit as my friend had it when she had knee replacement surgery. Now I need knee replacement surgery & all the toilets in my home are very low & if you’ve had knee replacement or injury it’s very difficult to use a low toilet. I have ELONGATED toilet bowls & this unit fits perfectly. It’s important to KEEP YOUR EXISTING TOILET SEAT, lift the seat up & then instal this unit, making sure you tighten it to the front of the bowl. I haven’t had any issue with the seat moving if you install it properly. The Drive unit is 5” HIGH which makes it perfect to keep your injured leg off the floor! Some of the units are only 3” high… this does make a difference. The handles are STURDY & make it so much easier to get up & keep from losing your balance & falling. This unit is very well made & easy to clean with a toilet brush or Lysol wipes if necessary. VERY EASY TO ASSEMBLE & reasonable price for this quality unit. I will be buying a second unit for my downstairs bathroom.

Amazing Toilet seat riser with handles- best purchase
I had bought a different one two years ago for my foot surgery, which was horrible. When I was finished with it, I just threw it away.I just had to have foot surgery again and I decided to get the one with the handles because I cannot put pressure on my foot for six weeks or more. This was so easy to put together and attached to the toilet. It has raised up the height so much that I barely have to bend down to sit. I guess it does depend on how high your toilet is, but I just have a standard toilet in an apartment complex. It’s very easy for me to be able to stand on 1 foot and be able to sit without having to fall onto the toilet. It is extremely sturdy, the quality is top-notch . This will certainly make my life easier for the next six weeks. Then later in the year, I have to have surgery again so it will get use again.I highly recommend this product

Great Booster Seat
This was bought for a ~150lbs. person who has mobility issues, but is still largely able to walk.Installing this is trivial. It's a seat that just sits on top of the bowl and then clamps to the rim of it. You don't even need to take off the seat already on the bowl. No tools are required; everything is hand tightened, but read below on potential stability issues over time. The arms are not adjustable in any meaningful way, and can be removed if all that's needed is height (i.e. for someone with bad knees that can't bend them very far.)Outside of the white plastic being prone to staining like anything else white, the seat has held up very well. It is a tremendous help for the person it was bought for, allowing them to easily get on and off the bowl even when they aren't sure on their feet. The only issue I have is that the way it 'mounts' to the bowl does ultimately mean it will get loose over time. It's easy enough to just tighten the clamps, but it is something to be aware of; especially if anyone using it tends to put their weight to one side. As long as you make sure the clamps are tight, though, the seat is relatively secure. I tried using it myself without issues and I'm considerably heavier, so I imagine the labeled 'max weight' is accurate.

Works exceptionally well!!!!
I was in the hospital where they loaded me up with an extra 35+ lbs of steroids/fluids so when I came home I could not physically lift my body off the toilet workout the help of my beloved husband. I ordered this product and although it said it would be here in a day, it took 2, it was well worth the money and wait. It took 10 min to install handles to side & attach to toilet! This gives you an extra 5” of height to easily get on/off without assistance from others. You don’t need to use handles if they’re in your way, I prefer them and this attaches with the toilet seat down - just tighten with the gray circle in front. Highly recommend, very stable!!!

Recommended riser and Update 11/2016 and 2/17you should read.
Fits standard and elongated bowls and most standard names. (But rides up on Crane) Very easy to use and clean (but not now). This is probably made by the same company as Vive as it is identical (even the arms fit it and are, and look like they come from the same mold) except it states Drive on the back of the seat but you can't see it while it is in place. Very comfortable to sit on. No seat or toilet lid, yours stays upright in the back, but it is fine, you just see the water in the bowl. It is very easy to travel with, though has no travel bag. Recommended (neither of them do) and I have thumb arthritis, carpal tunnel, and PSP. I'd say the Drive is packed the best of the two. Update 11/2016: This gets wet between the ceramic and toilet and the plastic stains (yellow) so you might want to wax it on the bottom, and take it off daily, to wipe it and the toilet and 2 screw holes I think that is normal, being in a wet environment. This fits fine on an elongated bowl and is easy to travel with, VERY stable on a correctly lipped toilet. If you travek with it it may not fit all toilets and it might be best to carry it in a plastic trash bag with ties or carry with the arms on it (easy). I do not use this now because of the daily removal and clean up and removed the toilet seat. I prefer that grey heavy duty with legs and splash guard. Too hard to travel with. I have the 12 bucket type for the house and the 7 fot my son's house. These are the best so far.Update 2/1: my wife will not use the gray one so uses a different bathroom. So, I will try a different white one. Pee of mine seems to travel around the screwed in white ones so I don't recommend those. And the screw type hurts an arthritic, especially RA hand. My wife does not have the strength to tighten it enough not to wobble and I have petroleum jellied it. I'll try some silicone next.
