this is the only cream that has faded my acne marks. i had extreme acne on my forehead but now its gone. it took 1 year of regular usage but its worth it. it has a mild fragrance and also moisturises well. skin looks a bit oily after use but its ok with me since its great otherwise. however if you are looking for overnight results then this is not for you
