Great Treadmill and Easy to Set Up
We contemplated on getting a treadmill for a while. We were looking for a treadmill with all of the basics - different speed options, an incline option, foldable for easy storage, and a place to plug in device for music. I have looked at several options, including brands that are more expensive. A friend recommended that we try this one after being extremely satisfied with his. After reading the reviews and looking at the features, we decided to order this one. We are so happy we did because it has all the basic features we wanted for a good price. It is very sturdy despite it being foldable, which is important for us in a home with kids. Although we plan to leave it in one corner of our basement from now on, it’s so nice that we can easily fold it up and transport it to another area if needed. It was so easy install and it didn’t take long at all. It has all the basic functions we needed for a good work out at home, especially during the hot summer weather now and cold winters later here outside. As a bonus, it also comes with a handy rack for dumbbells storage. It comes with dumb bells and a floor mat for other workouts. I love how it stores everything neatly. Overall, I have been extremely satisfied with the product. I am glad I have a treadmill to work out on while the baby sleeps without having to go out. It is so hard to find time to work out being a mom of a baby so it’s nice to have this option at the comfort of our home now at an affordable price.

Beyond Expectations
*Let me start this by saying I received it with the hand rail apart. It looks like something wasn’t lined up correctly. I couldn’t put the proper screw in because the hand rail is apart. The machine still works perfectly and I can still use the hand rail.* Now to the review, despite the hand rail being messed up (not broken) the machine is perfect perfect perfect. It holds my weight it makes no noise when I walk. It’ goes really fast, it’s sturdy. It’s compact and fits perfectly in the last open space in my room! I love the sit up bars they are perfect. My cons: I added line but when I walk on it, it sounds like you can hear the belt rubbing the platform. Which is okay it’s not loud just a notice maybe it needs more lubricants. I would also add heavier weights and make the weight holder bigger. other than that!!!!! this is perfect I would buy it again and recommend to friends I made the right choice. I bought the one with the white side cause it had the least negative reviews and i’m glad i did!

Good treadmill, excellent customer service
I was hesitant to purchase a treadmill online but this was at a good price, had good reviews and the features I was looking for. I didn't need a top of the line treadmill for running, I wanted something easy to use and compact for walking a few miles daily. It was delivered by UPS and arrived two days early. It weighs 88lbs in the packaging so if you need to carry it solo, you may need to remove it from the packaging and carry each piece. It is very easy to assemble, takes about 15 minutes. It is easy to use, the display is clear and it seems to work well. It is relatively quiet. The motor seems adequate though it struggles a bit at higher speeds but for walking, it seems fine. I had an issue with a loud noise after using it a few days. I checked all the connections but couldn't determine the source. I dreaded the hassle of having to return it. I contacted the company customer service via email and received a response the next day. They asked for a video clip to hear the noise. I sent it and the next day they sent a video reply. I expected it to be a generic troubleshooting vid but it was a personal reply from one of their techs. They immediately sent the replacement parts to me. I think this treadmill is a good value. It seems solidly built, is easy to assemble, and use. It is compact and folds, which makes it perfect for small places though if you are tall, it may be too small for your stride. I am very pleased with their customer service and that they stand behind their products. I would purchase from this company again.

Great for the price!
This is a 5 star product based on what it is. If you're looking for a super high end treadmill with all the bells and whistles, you're bound to be disappointed. But if you're looking for new and affordable ways to get moving during a dark, icy winter while stuck home during the pandemic, this may be just what you are looking for! When it first arrived, I was struck by how thoughtfully it seemed packaged. Imagine my surprise when I discovered that packing materials were even utilized by the assembly instructions! I've never seen that before and it was kind of neat. It would have been easier to set this up with help, but I was able to move it upstairs and get it assembled all by myself. The instructions are clear, the parts well made, and the included tools are decent. This treadmill is compact, which is what I was looking for. I'm about 5'8" and 150 lbs and it fits me just fine. If you are especially large in any dimension, this may not be the machine for you. The size is great for walking or jogging, but "running" might be a little more challenging, especially if you take long strides. This unit has a lot of nice to haves like the cup holders, device tray, pulse detector, sit-up bars and mat, and hand weights. The hand weights aren't very heavy - about 1.5 pounds, but they're perfect for jogging with. The machine is quiet and operation is easy. It folds up nicely and is simple to move. Everything seems sturdy and well built. One drawback is that built-in speed and distance tracking are only in kilometers. You can just use the programs and controls on the machine itself, however, I do prefer to use the app. The FitShow app is pretty bad, but I think it's still worth having. It's a poorly translated and programed app from China, and I've seen lots of people asking about it because it seems to come with a lot of devices other than this one, so I'll share what works for me (at least as of the writing of this review). First, download directly from your App Store. The QR code on the treadmill may just take you to a webpage with writing in Chinese. Registering your account is very confusing. What you need to do is fill out all the info on the registration screen and the tap the "Get Code" button. Then go check your email (and maybe the spam folder). It's not obvious, but what it will do is email you a verification code that you can then enter into the box and complete your registration. It will ask you all sorts of goofy questions, like whether you have tuberculosis or are interested in horsemanship. It will ask for your location and perhaps give you options on the other side of the planet. Feel free to lie when answering these questions, if it makes you feel better. But you should probably enter in your actual physical stats, to help with accuracy for calculating workouts. If you click on "Discover" you can find a decent variety of programs based around targets (time, distance, speed) or "control" like jogging, fat burning, or the best named "middle-aged". Select the one you want and add it to your favorites. (Note - it will forget your favorite programs the next time you use the app. You will likely need to browse and add each time.) After that, head back to "Sport" tap on "indoor" to connect to the treadmill, and then tap on "more" to browse for the program you previously added to your favorites. Then you can start your workout. Why go through all this trouble? The "Me" section will keep track of your history, including distance, time, and calories burned. You can also switch the app to display information in miles, if you like. I find this history handy. You can also join groups and pit yourself against other exercisers. I haven't done anything with this and don't know how well it works. Really, the app is the weakest part of this whole package, and it would be awesome if they improved it, but hey. At this price point, I list it as a "nice to have" and not a must have. I was hesitant to buy this treadmill at first, because when I purchased it, it didn't have any reviews yet. But I looked at reviews for other products the company was selling, and folks had high praise for their customer service. I hope I never have to find out what customer service is like for myself, but if it's anything like the overall quality of this $300 treadmill, I imagine I'll be pleased when taking into consideration what I paid.

All controls well laid out. folding it up and down effortless. Moving it is easy. Has all the features one would want on a treadmill. Built solid and quiet operation. Highly recommended!

You get what you pay for. Bluetooth is not functioning, the metal of the frame is not strong, even the manual is full of grammar mistakes. So far it’s working, but don’t expect much

I have it over a year. My mom is the one who mainly used it. I got broken part for the treadmill however I contacted them and they were so nice to send us a new one even though our warranty end 5 months ago. The machine itself good for woman since it had 2.5horse power but for a big adult male, I think the machine may be too small
