Asian Heat Finally!
If you like your spicy heat, and you’re just adding some Pizza Hut red pepper to your Asian dishes, you’re doing it wrong! Add some Sichuan pepper for some authentic heat flavor! This works perfectly for my stir fry, and I’m able to add it at the end because my family would bamboo me if I added it on theirs.

Very Spicy
After tasting and cooking with this I'm not going back to the ubiquitous Italian red pepper. COOKS TIP: place in a spice grinder or other comparable blender and grind down to a finer consistency, or even to a powder. That process makes distribution more thorough. When this runs out, which will be awhile as it is quite voluminous, I would purchase again.
